Mr. James Chang is the founder and the current President of Maxmart Shipping. He received a Bachelor’s degree in shipping and transportation management from National Taiwan Ocean University and a Master’s degree from Chinese Culture University. After 6 years of diverse work experience in Chinese Maritime Transport, K-Line, and Citi Corp., Mr. Chang founded Maxmart Shipping & Trading Co., Ltd. in July, 1987. Since then, Mr. James Chang has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the industry.
